4 Hours of Jerez

Saturday, 16 January 2027 路 Circuito de Jerez, Jerez 路 馃嚜馃嚫 Spain

The race is due to be revived in 2027 as part of the Asian Le Mans Series calendar. The race was held as part of the World Sportscar Championship between 1986 and 1988 and as part of the BPR Global GT Series in 1995. The 2026-27 season will comprise six four-hour races, run at three circuits, with Jerez hosting two of these rounds. The round at Jerez was announced as part of an all-European calendar due to security and logistical challenges with traditional Middle Eastern race venues. Known for its flowing layout and warm climate, Circuito de Jerez has an international motorsport history, having hosted Formula One and major motorcycle events. Today the circuit is best known as the home of the MotoGP Spanish Grand Prix, where capacity crowds of up to 200,000 turn out year-on-year. The track has undergone only minor modifications since its opening in 1985.
