Essen Motor Show
The Essen Motor Show took place for the first time in 1968 under the alternative name "International Sports and Racing Car Exhibition Essen". It is Europe's largest and most important performance show for tuning, motorsport, sports production cars, classic cars and motorbikes. The show marks the end of an exciting season and serves as a meeting place for numerous drivers and racing series - from Formula 1 to the DTM. It has been described as "the showcase event of the year for the tuning community" and as the German version of the annual SEMA auto show. Organizers prepare for 550 exhibitors and 380,000 visitors.
