Tokyo ePrix

Saturday, 24 July 2027 · Tokyo ePrix

The Tokyo ePrix 2026 takes place as a night race, bringing Formula E racing under floodlights to Japan's public streets for the first time. The 2.575-kilometre circuit with 18 turns winds around the Tokyo Big Sight convention centre at the waterfront promenade of Tokyo Bay. The inaugural event in 2024 became the first FIA-sanctioned international championship street race held on closed public roads in the city. Tokyo was one of the first cities contacted by Formula E before its debut season, with meetings held since 2013. The event supports Tokyo's goal to ensure all new automobiles are non-gasoline by 2030.
