Mid-Ohio
The Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio is a 2.258-mile road course with 13 turns offering elevation changes, high-speed corners, flowing corners, tight corners, a narrow racing ribbon and a challenging entry to pit lane. Mid-Ohio is one of three new doubleheader weekends that take place during NTT INDYCAR SERIES event weekends. The track has proven to be fertile ground for breakthrough wins - in each of the past three seasons, a driver claimed their maiden INDY NXT victory at Mid-Ohio. The track holds family significance for this weekend's winner: Enzo Fittipaldi's grandfather Emerson Fittipaldi won three INDYCAR races at the 2.258-mile road course during a Hall of Fame career that included two Formula One championships and two Indianapolis 500 victories.
