Laguna Seca
The Grand Prix weekend at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca marks the IndyCar Series season finale. With this venue, the series races at a legendary circuit with over seven decades of motorsport tradition. The challenging 2.238-mile road course with 11 turns features the famous "Corkscrew" - a technical combination with a six-story drop across merely 450 feet, which became the site of legendary passing maneuvers in motorsport history. Originally constructed in 1957, the facility was created when the Pebble Beach Road Races required a safer alternative.
