The Tasmania Super 440 returns to Symmons Plains Raceway for Round 5 of the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship. This premier event is held annually at Symmons Plains Raceway, located just south of Launceston, and has been a regular part of the Supercars Championship since 1969. Symmons Plains has hosted the most championship events with 53 as of 2026, behind only Sandown Raceway. In 2026, Symmons Plains becomes just the second venue in ATCC/Supercars history to bring up 100 races. The weekend features two 120-kilometre sprint races over the 2.4-kilometre circuit, followed by a longer race on Sunday.
