Autódromo Internacional do Algarve

The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve is a racing circuit located in Portimão, Portugal, which opened in 2008. The track is approximately 4.7 kilometres long and features a particularly spectacular layout with numerous uphill and downhill sections that combine fast turns and passages with poor visibility. The racing circuit is used for various international motorsport series including the European Le Mans Series, the Michelin Le Mans Cup, and motorcycle world championships. The facility takes advantage of the natural terrain with many elevation changes, which creates a challenging track with rapidly succeeding corners and steep height differences.
