Desafio Ruta 40 (Argentina)

The Desafío Ruta 40 is an annual rally raid event held in Argentina since 2010 and is part of the World Rally-Raid Championship. The route spans over 2700 kilometers through the regions of San Juan and Mendoza, connecting these two provinces with variable terrain. The iconic Nihuil dunes are characteristic of the course, along with dry riverbeds featuring rocky surfaces and high mountain passages reaching elevations above 3000 meters.
