Nürburgring

🇩🇪 Nürburg · Eifel, Rheinland-Pfalz · Europe/Berlin

The Nürburgring is a legendary race track in the Eifel region near Nürburg, which opened in 1927. The famous Nordschleife extends for 20.8 kilometers with 73 curves and up to 300 meters of elevation change, which is why it is known as the Green Hell. In addition to the Nordschleife, there is the Grand Prix circuit, opened in 1984, which meets modern safety standards. The Nürburgring serves as the venue for international races such as the 24-hour races, long-distance series and the Intercontinental GT Challenge.
