Circuit Zandvoort
Circuit Zandvoort has been the DTM's most frequent non-German venue since 2001. With its unique characteristics right by the sea, the Grand Prix circuit is very popular with fans and drivers alike. The track has hosted spectacular races repeatedly in DTM history and fits perfectly into the calendar. The 2026 round marks the continuation of a long-standing partnership between the series and this iconic dune circuit. The course combines fast, flowing turns with tight passages, bumps, gravel traps and distinctly banked corners, giving Zandvoort a distinctive character that differs markedly from many modern circuits. Meadows and guardrails lie partially directly at the track edge, run-off zones are limited and mistakes are punished accordingly, demanding precision, courage and a clean rhythm throughout the lap. Wind and sand play an important role due to the circuit's immediate proximity to the North Sea beach.
