Mexico City Grand Prix

Friday, 30 October 2026 · Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, Mexiko-Stadt · 🇲🇽 Mexico

The Mexico City Grand Prix is Round 20 of the 2026 F1 World Championship and takes place at Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. The race is the middle stop of the Americas sequence, one week after Austin and one week before Interlagos, at the point of the season where the title fight usually tightens. Inaugurated in 1959 and named in honour of Mexican drivers Ricardo and Pedro Rodríguez, the track has hosted international events of great relevance. The venue returned to the F1 calendar to host a Grand Prix in 2015 and every year since then. Teams can run Monaco wing levels but experience Monza levels of downforce - top speeds in Mexico rank among the season's highest. The circuit's smooth tarmac has usually resulted in low tyre degradation, making track position and tyre selection key to success.
