Baku - Feature 2
The FIA Formula 2 heads to Baku and Azerbaijan for Round 12 of the 2026 season, featuring an expanded program that sets this event apart from regular rounds. The weekend includes two Qualifyings, one Sprint Race, two Feature Races and plenty of wheel-to-wheel F2 action. The Baku City Circuit belongs to the most extraordinary racing tracks, with the street course leading through the center of Azerbaijan's capital past modern high-rises and historic buildings, where extremely tight passages meet one of the longest flat-out stretches in all of motorsport. The track passes directly by the medieval city walls around turns 8 and 9, with the narrowest section measuring only 7.6 meters wide.

The Baku | Sprint & Feature 1 is held at Baku City Circuit in Baku, Azerbaijan, a 6,003 kilometre temporary street circuit. The course winds through the city centre, combining modern squares with historic landmarks such as the Palace of the Shirvanshahs. The circuit was designed by renowned architect Hermann Tilke and features a combination of extremely fast straights and demanding 90-degree corners. Particularly impressive are the 2.2-kilometre long starting straight along the Caspian Sea and the narrow, claustrophobic passages through the medieval old town.
