The circuit uses a 14-turn configuration spanning 2.439 miles at the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The layout incorporates portions of the famous oval, including the front stretch where the original bricks still mark the start-finish line. This race marks the fourth consecutive year hosted at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, following IMSA's return in 2023 after nine years as it replaced Mid-Ohio. The Speedway's road course first welcomed sports cars in 2012 with the inaugural Brickyard Grand Prix of the GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series. The original version ran from 2012 to 2014 as a support race for the Brickyard 400 before going on hiatus after 2014.
