TT Assen
The Moto2 race at Assen marks the tenth round of the 2026 World Championship season. Assen is the longest serving venue on the calendar, having held a round every year since 1949 with the sole exception of 2020. The circuit is popularly referred to as 'The Cathedral of Speed' by motorcycle racing fans. The track is narrow, with rapid changes in direction, and is fully surrounded by grass banks and grandstands, providing excellent viewing for the hundreds of thousands of fanatical spectators. The Dutch Tourist Trophy was established in 1925 and remains the premier Dutch motorsport event.
