Pocono
The race over 160 laps on the 2.5-mile oval is the 16th race of the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season. Pocono is distinguished by three completely different turns - Turn 1 with 14-degree banking is built to resemble Trenton Speedway, Turn 3 with six degrees is an ode to the Milwaukee Mile. The Pocono front straightaway at 3,740 feet is the longest straight at any NASCAR track. The inaugural NASCAR Cup Series race was held in August 1974 and won by Richard Petty. Denny Hamlin holds the record with eight victories at Pocono and won the 2026 race for his third consecutive victory - the first time in his 21-year career.
