Singapore Grand Prix
The Singapore Grand Prix is the 16th race of the 2026 Formula One World Championship. The race has taken place at the Marina Bay Street Circuit since 2008, when Singapore became the first location to host a night-time Formula 1 race. The circuit ranks among the most physically demanding on the calendar due to its bumpy street surface and humid conditions - even after the 2023 layout redesign that reduced corners from 23 to 19, drivers face intense concentration demands. Approximately 1,600 custom-made floodlights that are four times brighter than regular stadium lighting illuminate the track.

About this race
The Formula 1 held Singapore Grand Prix on Friday, 9 October 2026. It was held at Marina Bay Street Circuit.
The circuit is located in Singapur, Singapore and measures 5.063 kilometres, has 23 corners and opened in 2008.
The Marina Bay Street Circuit is a street racing circuit in Singapore's central business district, first held in 2008. The circuit winds around Marina Bay for a length of approximately 4.9 to 5.1 kilometers, passing towering skyscrapers, historic landmarks like the Supreme Court, and the waterfront. The distinctive feature is that the race takes place entirely under floodlights, making it Formula 1's original night race. The uneven street surface and tropical heat make the Marina Bay Street Circuit one of the most physically demanding tracks on the Formula 1 calendar.
Max Verstappen (Red Bull) took the win ahead of Charles Leclerc. The full result is listed further up this page.
The race was shown free to air on ServusTV, ORF 1 and SRF zwei. Every broadcaster with country and access is listed in the broadcast section.
