Sepang
The 2026 GT World Challenge Asia powered by AWS kicks off at Sepang International Circuit with the first two of a total of twelve races this season. Sepang has hosted the series regularly since 2017 and established itself as a reliable venue. The modern racing facility near Kuala Lumpur is newly resurfaced since 2016 with several corners reprofiled to promote mechanical over aerodynamic grip and create a more challenging racing experience. The venue is known for its unpredictable tropical climate, ranging from hot, humid days to sudden rainstorms.
