Fuji
After experimenting with a two-day sprint format in the previous year, Fuji's summer race reverts to a traditional 300-kilometre format and serves as the third race of the season and the opening leg of Super GT's annual mid-summer triple. The intense summer heat and significant success weight penalties for leading teams add substantial challenges to the competition. As the halfway point of the 2026 series, this round marks a crucial turning point that will shape the championship battle in the second half. No combination of team and drivers has won both Fuji Super GT rounds in the same season since 2005.
