Phoenix - Good Ranchers 250
The Good Ranchers 250 was the second round of the 2026 IndyCar season and the first race at the track since 2018. Phoenix Raceway opened in 1964 as a one-mile oval, billed as the Indianapolis of the West. Al Unser became the track's all-time IndyCar Series winner with six victories. The race was the 65th time the IndyCar Series has raced on the historic oval and the first on the track's reconfigured dogleg layout. The track designers incorporated a unique dog-leg on the backstretch, which has become the circuit's signature feature. The race featured four cautions and 18 lead changes between nine drivers.
